‘Bob Hall’s Sand – Are we any closer to discovering the origins of the name?’ – Steve Adcock

The origins of the name, Bob Hall’s Sand, has been a topic of conversation for many years amongst WLHG members. Following a recent post on social media about the subject, it is a timely opportunity for group member, Steve Adcock, to provide an update on it’s possible origins. Recent unrelated research has uncovered compelling circumstantial evidence about the identity and life of a local 18th century mariner, Robert Hall.
